For properties in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola and Los Arenales del Sol, Gran Alacant Properties’ commission is 3% plus IVA (for properties priced under 100,000 euros, the commission will instead be a flat fee of 3,000 euros plus IVA.)
Gran Alacant Properties works on an exclusive basis. This in effect makes Gran Alacant Properties your listing agent. Other agents we collaborate with would be given the information on the property. If we sell the property with a collaborating agent, we simply split our 3% with them. No extra charge for you. You would leave one set of keys and have one point of contact. No chasing different agents for updates on your property.
If exclusivity is revoked at any point, whether or not required written notice has been given, the commission will increase to 4% of the sale price plus IVA.
